Outer membrane proteins mediate the Pseudomonas unconventional peroxidase secretion by crosstalk between the Sec pathway and outer membrane vesicles

ABSTRACT: To elucidate the non canonical secretion mechanism of DypB2985, co immunoprecipitation coupled with mass spectrometry was first employed to identify potential interacting partners of DypB2985. The assay was conducted using Pseudomonas putida A514 harboring a FLAG tagged DypB2985 vector, with A514 carrying the empty FLAG tagged vector serving as the control.
