ABSTRACT: This project delves into the effects of the loss of the ubiquitin-binding region of the proteasomal component hRPN10, and its downstream effects in processes related to cell identity preservation. Several of these processes are shown to be transcriptionally regulated through the accumulation of proteasome substrate and chromatin-associated deubiquitinase OTUD5
