ACSS2 mediates prenatal alcohol exposure-related morphological and behavioral phenotypes
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: As part of a larger study investigating how the metabolic enzyme ACSS2 contributes to PAE phenotypes, we also performed LC-MS/MS on fetal and adolescent PAE mouse brain histone extractions. Deposited here are the RAW files from acutely exposed fetal brains at timepoints E10.5, E11.5, and E17.5, as well as chronically prenatally exposed adolescent WT and ACSS2KO brains.
