ABSTRACT: Proteomics data for compound optimization. Protein lysis aided with three compounds (A, B, C) in comparison to standard high temperature protein lysis. Application studies with homo sapiens samples studying protein dynamics between adenoma, dysplastic ductal cells, stromal cells that were proximal or distal to adenoma.
