ABSTRACT: In this study, we systematically analyzed the root metabolites, root exudates, and associated microbial communities of M. savatieri under both parasitic and non-parasitic conditions using metabolomics, as well as 16S rRNA gene and ITS high-throughput sequencing techniques. Our research provides a theoretical foundation for the development of high-yield cultivation techniques for M. savatieri, deepening the understanding of the underlying mechanisms of parasitism.
