Metabolic biomarkers of gastric cancer

ABSTRACT:

Plasma samples were analyzed using UPLC-MS/MS untargeted metabolomics. The dataset comprised 144 participants. Partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) three-dimensional scores plot distinguishing GC patients from non-GC controls. Metabolic profiling and differential comparison identified 93 candidate differential blood metabolites between GC patients and healthy controls.
