ABSTRACT: Avian infectious bronchitis virus (IBV), a highly pathogenic gammacoronavirus , causes severe respiratory and urogenital system disease in chickens, resulting in huge economic losses in global poultry production. This study employs metabolomics analysis to comprehensively examine host metabolic alterations induced by IBV infection and reveals the mechanism of metabolic hijacking.
