ABSTRACT:

This study investigates the role of DNASE1L3 deficiency in hepatic immune and metabolic regulation. Using transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics, we characterize changes in Kupffer cell polarization, ER stress, iron metabolism, and ferroptosis in DNASE1L3 knockout mice.'
