ABSTRACT: This study presents quantitative metabolomic measurements of plasma and tissue interstitial fluids (IF) collected from healthy C57BL/6J mice. Using liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC–MS) and external chemical standards, absolute concentrations were determined for over one hundred polar metabolites spanning major biochemical pathways. Samples were obtained from plasma, cerebrospinal fluid, and interstitial fluids of multiple organs, including liver, lung, pancreas, kidney, and mammary fat pad. These data provide a quantitative reference for extracellular metabolite levels in physiologic mouse tissues and enable comparison across systemic and local microenvironments relevant to metabolic physiology and cancer biology.
