ABSTRACT: A combination of bioinformatics and network pharmacology was used to screen curcumin's target genes and related signaling pathways in treating hepatocellular carcinoma. Curcumin-Containing Serum(CUR) was prepared. Cisplatin(CDDP) served as the positive control .The CCK-8 assay, scratch assay, and flow cytometry were used to assess curcumin's effects on HepG2 Cells cell proliferation, apoptosis, and cell cycle. ROS levels measurement, RT - qPCR, and Western blotting were conducted to explore curcumin's molecular mechanisms via TLR4/TRAF6/MAPKs signaling molecules.
INSTRUMENT(S): Liquid Chromatography MS - negative - reverse-phase, Liquid Chromatography MS - positive - reverse-phase
