Flavonoid-targeted metabolomic analysis.

ABSTRACT:

Flavonoids, one of the major groups of root exudates, are active molecules mediating plant-PGPR interactions. Flavonoids can alleviate nutrient deficiencies and drought stress to maintain normal plant growth. Here, We used flavonoid targeted metabolomic analysis to profile flavonoid components and content in tomato rhizosphere soil and roots.
