ABSTRACT: The core objective of this study is to clarify the promoting effect of oral ingestion of microplastics on gastric epithelial cell carcinogenesis, systematically decipher the underlying molecular regulatory mechanisms, focus on investigating the key molecular targets involved in oxidative stress imbalance, sustained activation of inflammatory pathways, cell cycle dysregulation, and apoptosis inhibition induced by microplastic exposure, and elucidate the molecular chain and regulatory network driving the malignant transformation of gastric epithelial cells. This study possesses significant practical relevance and scientific value.
