ABSTRACT: This study employs untargeted metabolomics (LC-MS/MS) to investigate the metabolic reprogramming in the liver of yaks in response to Enterococcus faecalis JM263 supplementation under a high-concentrate diet (HCD). Yaks were divided into a control group (HCD) and a treatment group (HCD + E. faecalis JM263). Following the feeding trial, liver tissues were collected and quenched immediately in liquid nitrogen. Metabolites were extracted and analyzed using Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). The study aims to identify differential metabolites and enriched metabolic pathways
INSTRUMENT(S): Liquid Chromatography MS - positive - hilic, Liquid Chromatography MS - negative - hilic
