ABSTRACT: Dietary regimen exerts a dominant influence in reshaping the gut microbiota structure and microbial metabolite types and levels in S. chuatsi, subsequently affecting host physiological functions like immunity, and has a more pronounced effect than environmental factors. These findings offer new insights into the dietary-microbiota-host interaction network, and fill the gap in the understanding of the significant role that diet plays in contributing to the gut microbiota.
INSTRUMENT(S): Liquid Chromatography MS - negative - reverse-phase, Liquid Chromatography MS - positive - reverse-phase
