Integrated plant metabolic and microbiome signatures distinguish phytoprotection mechanisms underpinning single- vs dual-pathosystem soil suppressiveness

ABSTRACT:

The goal of this study is to compare the metabolic response of plants grown in soils suppressive or conducive to wheat crown rot (caused by Fusarium graminearum) and inoculated or not with F. graminearum. This dataset contains LC-QTOF-MS-based untargeted metabolomics data from the roots of wheat plants. The wheat plants were grown in disease-suppressive and disease-conducive soils from France and Switzerland.

INSTRUMENT(S): Diode array detection MS - positive - reverse-phase
