ABSTRACT: Cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic (CKM) syndrome is a complex systemic disorder. In this study, we developed a urea-activated nanoparticle (T-PAAD NP) for targeted delivery of Empagliflozin to the renal S1 segment. Untargeted GC-MS-based metabolomics was performed to characterize metabolic reprogramming in heart tissues of a CKM mouse model.
