Study on root metabolism of cassava TRV-MeCOMT8

ABSTRACT:

This project is based on non targeted metabolomics analysis of cassava (Manihot esculenta) root samples. LC-MS/MS is used to obtain metabolite characteristic peaks and perform peak extraction, alignment, and quantification. Differential metabolites are screened, with a focus on flavonoid and phenylpropane related metabolic changes. To improve data repeatability and reusability, we upload raw mass spectrometry data and processed feature peak tables/metabolite annotation results, and provide sample grouping information and analysis process instructions for subsequent researchers to conduct reanalysis, comparison, and integration studies.
