LC_MS Dataset for Morin Detection in Phoebe Wood Extracts, Enzyme Assays and Transgenic Populus

ABSTRACT:

This dataset contains LC-MS data generated for the detection of morin in plant tissues and enzymatic reactions related to flavonoid biosynthesis. The samples include methanol extracts of wood tissues from Phoebe species (including Phoebe zhennan and related Lauraceae species), in vitro enzyme reaction products of Phoebe zhennan flavonoid biosynthetic enzymes (F3H, F3_H_like, and FLS), and metabolite extracts from transgenic Populus callus expressing the P. zhennan F3_H_like gene. Wood tissues and callus samples were extracted using methanol prior to LC_MS analysis.
