Non-targeted metabolomics analysis of synovial fluid from TMD patients

ABSTRACT: This study performed non-targeted metabolomics detection on 62 human joint cavity lavage fluid samples using UHPLC-QE-MS. Metabolites were extracted with methanol:acetonitrile (1:1), separated on a Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH Amide column, and detected by Orbitrap Exploris 120 mass spectrometer in both positive and negative ion modes. Data were processed using XCMS-based in-house R package and annotated against BiotreeDB (V3.0).
