Untargeted LC-MS metabolomics of in vitro cultured Rothia mucilaginosa supernatant and pellet samples

ABSTRACT: This study reports untargeted LC-MS metabolomics data from in vitro culture of Rothia mucilaginosa (BNCC363031). A total of 13 biological samples were analyzed, including culture supernatant samples (S1-S5), bacterial pellet samples (B1-B5), and uninoculated medium controls (M1-M3). Data were acquired in both positive and negative ion modes, resulting in 34 raw mzXML files (17 POS and 17 NEG). UHPLC-MS/MS analysis was performed on a Vanquish UHPLC system coupled with an Orbitrap platform (Q Exactive HF-X/Exploris series), followed by standard processing including peak detection, alignment, annotation, and QC-based filtering. This dataset supports characterization of extracellular and intracellular metabolite profiles associated with Rothia culture conditions.
