Mouse striatal neurotransmitter metabolomics profiling reveals bacteriophage-mediated restoration of levodopa responsiveness in Parkinson's disease
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Targeted LC-MS/MS metabolomics profiling was performed on mouse striatal tissues to investigate neurotransmitter metabolic alterations associated with bacteriophage-mediated restoration of levodopa responsiveness in Parkinson's disease. Striatal samples were collected from Parkinson's disease mouse models following bacteriophage intervention. Metabolites were analyzed using reversed-phase (RP) and hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC) coupled with tandem mass spectrometry. Raw mzML files generated from both chromatographic methods are included in this study.
INSTRUMENT(S): Liquid Chromatography MS - alternating - hilic, Liquid Chromatography MS - alternating - reverse-phase
