Untargeted LC-MS metabolomic responses of cotton leaves to organic fertilizer and compound microbial inoculant treatments under mulched drip irrigation
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study characterized the untargeted LC-MS metabolomic responses of cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L. cv. Xinluzhong 82) leaves to combined applications of organic fertilizer and a compound microbial inoculant under mulched drip irrigation. The field experiment used a 2 × 4 factorial design comprising two organic fertilizer rates (0 and 30 t ha-1) and four compound microbial inoculant rates (0, 30, 60, and 90 kg ha-1), resulting in eight treatment combinations with three biological replicates per treatment. Leaf samples were collected at the boll stage and analyzed using untargeted liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry in positive and negative ion modes. The dataset contains 24 biological samples, pooled quality-control samples, and solvent blank samples.
INSTRUMENT(S): Liquid Chromatography MS - positive - reversed-phase-chromatography, Liquid Chromatography MS - negative - reversed-phase-chromatography
