ABSTRACT: This study investigates metabolomic changes associated with personalized cancer therapy responses in patient-derived organoid chips containing a reconstructed tumor microenvironment. The dataset includes de-identified sample metadata, raw mass spectrometry files, processed metabolite abundance matrices, and metabolite annotations from different treatment conditions. These data support independent evaluation and reproduction of the metabolomics analyses reported in the manuscript.
