ABSTRACT: This study compares the untargeted metabolomic profiles of individuals with low and high responses to metformin. The aim is to identify differential metabolites and metabolic pathways associated with variations in treatment response, thereby providing insights into the metabolic mechanisms underlying interindividual differences in metformin efficacy.
