Untargeted metabolomics of Epicoccum layuense strain NJ-1 cell-free supernatant and Botryosphaeria dothidea responses to CFS treatment
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study investigated the metabolite composition of the cell-free supernatant (CFS) produced by Epicoccum layuense strain NJ-1 and the metabolic responses of Botryosphaeria dothidea to NJ-1 CFS treatment using untargeted metabolomics. The dataset includes untargeted metabolomic profiles of NJ-1 CFS and metabolomic profiles of B. dothidea under control and NJ-1 CFS-treated conditions. These data were generated to characterize potential antifungal metabolites in NJ-1 CFS and to investigate metabolic changes associated with the response of B. dothidea to CFS treatment.
INSTRUMENT(S): Liquid Chromatography MS - negative - reverse-phase, Liquid Chromatography MS - positive - reverse-phase
