Untargeted LC-MS metabolomics of contaminated soil samples

ABSTRACT: Untargeted LC-MS metabolomics was performed on six contaminated soil samples divided into two experimental groups (A and B) to characterize metabolic profiles and investigate differences between the groups. Samples were analyzed in both positive and negative ionization modes using UHPLC coupled to high-resolution mass spectrometry.
