Targeted metabolomics analysis of 146 central carbon metabolites in J2 macrophages infected with CPXV

ABSTRACT:

This study contains targeted metabolomics data from mouse J2 macrophages that were uninfected or infected with CPXV (moi 0.5) for 24 h. Samples were analysed using UHPLC-MRM-MS with HILIC and reversed-phase chromatography on a SCIEX Triple Quad 6500+ mass spectrometer. The dataset includes mzML files and quantitative metabolite result tables.
