Project description:Amino acid levels analysis of lymphomas isolated from Eu-Myc;CD19-Cre;Odc fl/fl mic and their wild-type counterparts Eu-Myc;CD19-Cre;Odc +/+
Project description:Transcriptional profiling of SA-treated pearl millet seedlings over time [0, 12, 24 and 48 hours post treatment (hpt)]. Keywords: Time course, Stress response
Project description:Acute response to diethylnitrosamine treatment in TRIM21 wild-type and knockout mice were compared and differentially expressed genes were inendified at 48 hours
Project description:EndoC-bH1 cells proteomics was assessed in untreated baseline condition and after treatment with control siRNA at 24, 48 and 72 hours. Unpowered exploratory experiment. Sample size: triplicate per condition.
Project description:AGY571 cells engineered to express Dox-inducible GFP or ATG7 were treated with 500 ng/mL or 1 ug/mL Doxycycline for 48 hours. Assessing the effects of ATG7 reexpression in B cell lymphoma.
Project description:The gene expression profile of cardiomyocyte specific KO hearts was compared to equally treated control hearts after 48 hours of Angiotensin II-treatment via osmotic mini pumps. KO hearts develop during this treatment a dilative cardiomyopathy.
Project description:This set of arrays contains 31 experiments. It is designed to determine the effects of methylseleninic acid on the transcriptional program of prostate cancer LNCaP cells. Threee concentrations, 3, 10, and 30 uM, were used for treatment. The effects were monitored through a time course of 48 hours, with samples collected at 10 different time points (1, 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 24, and 48). RNA from treated cells were labeled using Cy5, and untreated using Cy3. One experiment using RNA from untreated cells in both channel was used as control. A compound treatment design type is where the response to administration of a compound or chemical (including biological compounds such as hormones) is assayed. Keywords: compound_treatment_design
