Gut microbiota in patients with symptomatic dermographism
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Symptomatic dermographism (SD) is a recurrent inflammatory skin disease related to immunity, however the details remain elusive. Gut microbiota plays an important role in immune regulation. Our results revealed that gut microbiota played an important role in the pathogenesis of SD and alteration of Verrucomicrobia, Ruminococcaceae and Enterobacteriales were microbiota signatures for SD.
