Total RNA was harvested from control (no doxycycline) and Snail-induced (doxycycline at day 2) cultures at 6, 12, and 24 hours after doxycycline addition (corresponding to days 2.25, 2.5, and 3 of differentiation).

Project description:We collected whole genome testis expression data from hybrid zone mice. We integrated GWAS mapping of testis expression traits and low testis weight to gain insight into the genetic basis of hybrid male sterility.
