Project description:Mutants of zebrafish affected in neural crest development (cls/sox10, hps/erbb3, low/tfap2a, nac/mitfa, pfe/csfr1, shd/ltk, spa/kit tdo/trpm7) were compared to their wild type siblings or to wild type controls during development at 28hpf, 48hpf and 4 dpf.
Project description:RNAseq was performed on hcar1-4+/+ and hcar1-4-/- zebrafish larvae with (2 h and 4 h) or without (0 h) Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) ear infection. The transcriptome profile generated here reveals PA14 infection-induced differential gene expression patterns between hcar1-4-/- and hcar1-4+/+ siblings.
Project description:In order to search for the downstream target genes of Mafba and Mafbb, we isolated microglia (3 cells per sample) from 3-dpf zebrafish brain of siblings, mafba and mafbb single mutants and DMut under Tg(mpeg1:DsRedx) transgenic background (3 samples per genotype), respectively, and then performed RNA sequencing.
