Project description:Purpose: Next-generation sequencing (NGS) has revolutionized systems-based analysis of cellular pathways. The goals of this study are to compare transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) of intestinal progenitor cells in Drosophila wild type and Sc overexpressed midgut.
