Project description:In this study, we cultured lion-headed goose myoblasts and induced their differentiation, followed by RNA-seq extraction of total RNA from proliferative and differentiated cells, respectively. The identified lncRNAs and mRNAs were analyzed, including enrichment analysis, alternative splicing, and construction of interaction networks.
