Project description:We evaluated the profile of mRNA expression in control and 100 μg/ml Al2O3 nanoparticle treated A549 cells using the Arraystar Human LncRNA Array v3.0 array,7th generation. Our findings implicates that dysregulation of cell death and cell cycle invovled mRNAs may play important role in cytotoxicity of Al2O3 nanoparticles.

Project description:Transcriptional profiling of human mesenchymal stem cells comparing normoxic MSCs cells with hypoxic MSCs cells. Hypoxia may inhibit senescence of MSCs during expansion. Goal was to determine the effects of hypoxia on global MSCs gene expression.
