Project description:This study aimed to identify a biomarker predicting response to ustekinumab therapy. Therefore, we used transcriptomic data (colonic and ileal tissue, CD4 T-cell and CD14 monocytes), which we integrated through Multi-Omics Factor Analysis.
Project description:Genome-wide methylation profiles were generated as part of a multi-omics characterization (SNP array, WES, RNA-seq, cDNA microarray) of a panel of gliomasphere cell lines and matched parental tumors. See https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/27571888 about the GlioTeX panel. Methylation profiling data in this record come from tumour samples. SNP array (ArrayExpress E-MTAB-4804), cDNA microarray (ArrayExpress E-MTAB-4803), WES and RNAseq (European Genome-Phenome Archive EGAS00001001871) have been published before. In addition, for the current project we compare 450K methylation data to nanopore sequencing based methylation profiles. These sequencing data will be accessible via European Genome-Phenome Archive (EGAS00001002213). Project description:The purpose of this study was to understand the response of trabecular meshwork under mechanical stretch using a multi-omics approach.
Project description:Integration of multi-omics data remains a key challenge in fulfilling the potential of comprehensive systems biology. This study aimed to explore the potential for the multi-block projection method (OnPLS) and multi-block variable influence on the projection (MB-VIOP) to interrogate an example systems medicine study, using a subset of 22 individuals from an asthma cohort.
