Project description:Takifugu obscurus was challenged by V. parahaemolyticus or (and) exposed to hypoxia. The effects of hypoxia and infection of V. parahaemolyticus were identified based on differential metabolites and proteins identified by methods of comparative metabolomics and proteomics on whole livers.
