Project description:Hearts(left ventricles) were harvested from control wildtype and ISG15 knockout mice and wildtype and ISG15 knockout mice 4 weeks after pressure overload induced by transverse aortic constriction. Nano LC-MS/MS analysis was performedon left ventricle tissue following protein extraction, trypsin digestion, peptide desalting, anti K-e-GG enrichment.
Project description:Left ventricular tissues were isolated from wildtype and Isg15 knockout mice 8 weeks after sham or transverse aortic constriction and the metabolomic differences were compared.
Project description:In order to investigate the differentially expressed genes in Acsl4 knockout after TAC (Transverse aortic constriction) or sham surgery. The experiment was divided to four groups including sham-operated Acsl4 flox/flox mice (FS), sham-operated Acsl4 knockout mice (KS), TAC-operated Acsl4 flox/flox mice (FT), TAC-operated Acsl4 knockout mice (KT) n=3 mice/group. The heart tissue was isolated after 21 days after performing TAC or sham surgery.
Project description:Acetyl-CoA acyltransferace 2 (ACAA2) associates with chromatin at promoter sites in the heart of C57Bl/6J mice. A high-fat vs. low-fat diet reduces it promoter abundance, whereas, transverse aortic constriction (TAC) increases it slight.
Project description:We employed the Affymetrix GeneChip technology to evaluate the patterns of expression in two different in vivo models of cardiac remodeling and in two different regions (left ventricle free wall and septum) of the heart. Mice underwent transverse aortic constriction (TAC); myocardial infarction (MI) or Sham operation and RNA from the left ventricle free wall and the septum was isolated 1 week later.
Project description:Microarray analysis of gene expression after transverse aortic constriction in mice: comparison of TAC vs. sham group at 48 hours, 10 days, and 3 weeks.
Project description:Expression profiling of hearts from FVB males subjected to cardiac pressure overload by transverse aortic constriction (TAC). TAC performed on 8-10 weeks month old males and females. Hearts examined 30 weeks after surgery.
