Project description:Single cell RNA seqencing data of six paired samples from three chinese females with early stage lung adenicarcinomas featured as mixed ground glass opacity (mGGO). Each paired samples contain one sample from solid component and one from ground-glass like component within each mGGO. The result reveiled the intratumoral heterogeneity of mGGO.
Project description:Lung cancer is the second most commonly diagnosed cancer and the leading cause of cancer death worldwide, of which approximately 85% are non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The overall survival (OS) of patients with advanced NSCLC was significantly prolonged with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) targeting the programmed cell death-1 (PD-1) and programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) axis. For early-stage lung cancer, the 5-year survival rate for patients ranges from 80% in stage IA to 41% in stage IIIA, and many cases relapse after surgical resection. Currently, multiple clinical trials have manifested the encouraging efficacy of neoadjuvant immunotherapy in stage I-IIIA resectable NSCLC. However, the effect of immunotherapy in ultra early-stage NSCLC patients with micro-invasive or even pre-invasive lesions remains unclear. In this study, we aimed to evaluate the activity and safety of sintilimab on high-risk ground glass opacity lesions in multiple primary lung cancer patients.

Project description:To evaluate the changes in the expression of genes in lung cancer cells due to LINC00472, we performed transcriptome sequencing of LINC00472 overexpressing cells and control cells. First, raw reads were obtained through sequencing of control cells not treated with LINC00472 and cells treated with overexpression of LINC00472. Thereafter, genes differentially expressed in the two groups were selected through pretreatment, mapping to the reference genome, trascripts assaembly, and transcript quantification. The sequencing result provides quantitative and qualitative information of total RNAs whose expression is changed by LINC00472. This information will facilitate analysis of the signaling network of LINC00472 in lung cancer cells.
Project description:This study aimed to identify genes that were differentially expressed when D. nodosus was grown on agar media supplemented with ground hoof compared to the standard agar media. Bacteria were grown on EYE agar or EYE agar with 2% ground hoof agar plates for 2 days before Trizol extraction of RNA. Four biological replicates including two dye swaps were analysed. Raw data was compiled using IMAGENE. Normalisation and statistical analysis was undertaken using BASE. Statistics were performed using the Wilcoxon signed ranked test.
