Project description:This study aimed to understand the role of ILF2 upregulation in metastatic melanoma cutaneous progression and DNA damage response. The goal of RPPA analysis was to determine the protein expression profiles in DP-0574 and IM-0223 melanoma cell lines with ILF2 overexpression (ILF2-OV) or control empty vector (EV). By analysis of RPPA in both metastatic melanoma cell lines, we found that ILF2-OV controls significantly increased RAD50 expression.
Project description:Two glioblastoma cell lines (LN18 and HS863) were stable transfected with control empty vector (EV) or RNF123-vector (KPC1). The objective of this experiment was to determine NFKB1-targets regulated by RNF123 overexpression in glioblastoma cell lines. To do that LN18 and HS863 cell lines with RNF123 overexpression were compared to control empty vector. In the present study, we utilized the combination of RPPA and RNA-Sequencing. By comparing both datasets, we identified commonly proteins and genes differentially expressed in control versus RNF123-overexpressing cells.

Project description:Interventions: Observation: metastatic colorectal cancer patients who have been treated in first-line with FOLFOXIRI (a triple drug combination of irinotecan 165 mg/square meter (sqm) endovenous (ev) in 1 hour, oxaliplatin 85 mg/sqm ev in 2 hours and 5-fluorouracil 3200 mg/sqm as a 48-hour continous infusion ev plus leucovorin 200 mg/sqm ev in 2 hours, every 14 days for 12 cycles) and who underwent radical surgical resection of metastases will be followed up yearly for 5 years after the diagnosis of disease to collect their survival status.
