Longitudinal plasma Olink Target 96 proteomics in Lyme disease

ABSTRACT: Plasma affinity proteomics from a longitudinal Lyme disease study was acquired in two phases using five Olink Target 96 panels. In the first phase, Inflammation and Immune Response panels were used to profiled patient and control samples across study visits (T1, diagnosis; T2, approximately 2-3 weeks; T3, approximately 6 months; T4, approximately 1 year). In the second phase, Cardiovascular II (v.5006), Metabolism (v.3404), and Organ Damage (v.3311) panels were acquired, primarily at T1 and T3. The phase 2 cohort results include two T2 samples, which are retained in the deposition. Original Ct exports are included for the two panels from the first phase, while preprocessed NPX results and assay/sample annotations are included for both phases. Raw Ct files for the three panel acqured in the second phase are unavailable. The study combines these measurements with metabolomics, PBMC immunophenotyping and transcriptomic analyses to study immune and tissue-vascular responses in Lyme disease.
