C. thermocellum dHydG Acetate LC-MS/MS

ABSTRACT: Deletion of a hydrogenase maturation factor (HydG) knocks out the assembly of mature, functioning hydrogenases to divert metabolic flux away from hydrogen production and towards ethanol. Other system-wide affects assessed.
