Human in vitro proteome - To establish a platform for genome-wide targeted proteomics, we synthesized 18040 recombinant proteins (in vitro proteome) from human full-length cDNA libraries. Obtained proteins were digested with trypsin and subjected to LC-MS/MS analysis.
