Identification of human dendricitc cell responses to microfilaria of B. malayi

ABSTRACT: Human dendritic cells were unexposed or exposed to the microfilaria of B. malayi for 48hrs. The cells were washed, protein extracted, processed and analyzed by mass spectrometry.
