Effect of Cln3-deficiency on protein secretion in Dictyostelium

ABSTRACT: This project investigated the effect of Cln3-deficiency on protein secretion in the social amoeba Dictyostelium discoideum by performing LC-MS/MS on conditioned media harvested from starved WT and cln3- cells.
