Quantitative proteomic profiling of fibroblasts in oesophageal adenocarcinoma


ABSTRACT: The accumulatiob of cancer-associated fibroblasts in tumours correlates with poor prognosis across cancer types including oesophageal adenocarcinoma. In this study we examined the proteomic profile of cancer-associated fibroblasts compared to normal fibroblasts.
