Human naive T-cell secretome, activated and non-activated

ABSTRACT: In vitro culture of 2 separate sets of naive human T cells (from 2 adult male donors), activated using CD3 and CD28 antibodies. Secretome collection at 48 hours after activation. The same cell cultures not activated and sampled at the exact same time served as 'not-activated control'.

RNAseq of naive CD4 T cells deficient for Elp3 activated for 18h against WT control

Project description:CD4 T cell deficient for the Elp3 gene have a delayed cell cycle entry. We explored by RNAseq by which molecular pathway the absence of Elp3 delayed the cell cycle entry. Naive T cell from CD4-cre Elp3 fl/fl mice and WT littermate were purified and activated in vitro with CD3 and CD28 antibodies for 18h.

RNA-seq profiles of B cells and naive and activated T cells from human peripheral blood

Project description:Mature B cells, CD4+ T cells and CD8+ T cells were isolated from the peripheral blood of two human donors. Naive CD4+ and CD8+ T cells were cultured for three days in the presence of Dynabeads Human T-Activator CD3/CD28 beads (Life Technologies, cat. no. 111.31D) to induce activation. The B cells and naive and activated T cells were profiled by whole transcriptome RNA-seq.
