Proteomic study on human breast cancer cells in response to different folate levels
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The consequence of a supra-physiological folate tumour microenvironment in promoting metastasis potential of human breast cancers remains unexplored. This study examined the molecular mechanism by which clinically aberrant folate levels may promote mitochondria and glycolytic stress-associated proteomic signatures to promote metastasis potential of human MCF-7 breast cancer cells.
