Mass Spectrometry analysis of a Arabidopsis protein

ABSTRACT: We identified a Arabidopsis protein BSF, and it has a role in the stabilization and translation of chloroplast mRNAs. To further study it's function, we purified BSF-associated proteins for mass spectrometry analysis.
