Increased protein co-aggregation with amyloid in TRMT61A partial knock-out HeLa cells

ABSTRACT: TRMT6/61A complex methylates N1-adenine in tRNAs and mRNAs. We analyzed disturbances of proteome homeostasis in human cells when N1-methyladenine (m1A) generation is disturbed due to the deficiency of TRMT61A.
