Human MAP4K proteins TAP-LC-MSMS

ABSTRACT: Using a systematic proteomic approach, we define the protein-protein interaction network for MAP4K family kinases in human cells and reveal diverse cellular signaling events involving this key kinase family. We conducted a proteomic analysis of 7 MAP4K proteins, each with two biological replicates , and identified their associated protein complexes in human HEK293T cells using tandem affinity purifications followed by LC-MSMS.
